So, origin of life taking approximately 350 million years clearly indicates that it was not under any spontaneous materialistic influences as specified above but must have been under some transcendental influences only.
Zero having oscillations against the coordinate of time is the ultimate truth of tangible universe or in other words is the source of origin of material universe.
That is why there is vast variation in the level of consciousness in nature ranging from inanimate objects to human intelligence suggesting that mechanisms accounting for consciousness or meeting its ends have evolved and are not uniformly distributed.
Consciousness operates in harmony with or to satisfaction of natural laws and natural instincts or might even be the only means to harmony.
Salvation is a state wherein one is able to keep one’s dynamic equilibrium in the course of dynamic interaction with world at large and so the entire world becomes a play field and living a game with all its emotional colours, but without any compromise with one’s innate nature or basal state.
God expresses itself through its material creations
Lastly, it may be appreciated that God only creates and sustains but is not responsible for perishable nature of things in nature. |

TRUTH IS ONE
Hence, hidden conditions to existence are inevitable.
At this juncture, from a practical stand point, TRUTH can be differentiated into personal truth and scientific or universal truth.
Personal truth : generally it is said that realization (perception) of God is a matter of experience and therefore, everybody can have a personal God. Therefore, it is no wonder that only among Hindus as many as 330 million gods and goddesses have been recognized for an entity that is supposed to be only one and there is no way, even suggested, to differentiate true God from false God.
Presently, even in scientific domain, it is generally well accepted that a theory is recognized for its being useful and not for its being essentially true. Summing up, personal truth which is true from view point of the perceiver may not be truth at all.
Subconscious Perception of Truth : Subconscious tends to work holistically taking into account all the innate intelligence and acquired, informal as well as formal learning.
Significance of subconscious perception of truth can be appreciated by the fact that all other species other than human beings are capable of subconscious perception of truth only, since they have no conscious understanding of natural laws, logic and mathematics. All other species other than man have no concept of self awareness. Hence, all their needs are met subconsciously and successfully.
Truth can not generally be known beyond comprehensive, consistent, coherent view of any subject matter.
Let nature be the only teacher and guide.
The problem with judicial mind is that their subjective perception guides their judgment. It appears that they rarely critically analyze their own judgments.
Rationality of Truth : Truth has a material expression.
Even God has a material expression in the form of universe and its contents.
Any theory or truth can be falsified on any of the above grounds without knowing anything about the other grounds and related reasoning, on the basis of plausibility principle. It can be reasonably said that anything true from one possible point of view and not so from another possible point of view is not true.
To sum up, the most important factor responsible for errors of observation and judgment is dogma of any origin which precludes any possibility of elimination of errors.
For example, Multiverse Theory of Universe is explained as a universe consisting of multiple entities having their special laws of behaviour, form and functions giving the semblance of multiverse.
In many situations embracing indirect truths, truth may not normally be knowable. In such situations, comprehensive consistent, coherent natural explanation may be deemed as truth until and unless proved otherwise. |
| SHUNYA |

It logically follows that this natural order has to be such that on one hand it integrates everything and on the other hand permits and may even partly account for as shall be seen later, endless diversity or variety seen in nature.
After much contemplation, it is found that zero or shunya; can be the only common denominator of the tangible or real universe. Shunya is the beginning and shunya is the end that in its later incarnation is known as infinity wherein Shunya and infinity are two facets of the same coin. |

Shunya with all other facets of God influences natural events in a variety of ways. All branches of knowledge reflect one or the other facet of shunya. |

Integral to this process is the origin of back ground radiation or cosmic rays and cosmic dust, Cosmic dust tends to collect at selected loci for unknown reasons leading to bigger formations ranging from meteorites to stars etc and contributing to their further growth.

So it is amazing that so many laws of physics and material details are incidental to the state of dynamic equilibrium or state of shunya.
Therefore, rationally speaking, the only option is origin and evolution of universe from shunya because then only we can have universe as we see today which is subject to natural laws.
Evolutionary tree reflecting progressive increase in organismic complexity can be rationally appreciated only if we are willing to presume that biological evolution has proceeded under an instinct directed from Shunya to infinity resulting in progressive creation of organisms with increasing complexity and capability.
Pair a thesis with appropriate antithesis and keep dynamically balancing the two; there are great chances of having good governance. |

Involuntary Consciousness and Voluntary Consciousness often work in cooperation and coordination with each other as per the need of the situations. For example, while Voluntary Consciousness provides the focus, Involuntary Consciousness provides the context to accomplish a particular task. Involuntary Consciousness has also been described by psychologist as peripheral intelligence. |

There is a general agreement that for any particle to keep its existence, its mass, energy and momentum has to be perpetually conserved.
Again it may be seen that there are hidden conditions and hidden mechanisms to keep existence. Compliance with hidden conditions has to be mathematically perfect with the help of equally perfect mechanisms as is evident by stability of planetary orbits against time.
This shows that existence is not a spontaneous phenomenon governed solely by the known laws of physics, chemistry and biology. It calls for specialized mechanisms to resolve dialectical conflicts inherent in natural laws.
Instinct to exist is an absolute truth that pervades the entire universe or nature, is essentially of transcendental origin with material embodiment as explained above and hence material expression.
Given the natural diversity and consequent probability of chaos, nature has strongly relied upon law of harmony to establish natural order.
Efforts to find a single unifying principle of nature have not been successful so far and are unlikely to be so in future. Einstein's unified field theory is a figment of his imagination, satisfies his sentiments but is far away from truth and hence has never been proved despite extensive efforts during the past century.
Universe has a unitary system of organization, particles with transient existence do not indicate anything more than process of transformation.
In nature, material systems are hierarchically organized in several levels bearing harmonious relation to each other and to goals and objectives of the organization.
Even between subatomic particles and atoms, ground state energy associated with electrons is different and distinct from ground state energy associated with atoms and there is no energy flow between the two levels, ordinarily.
In nature quest for harmony prevails over disharmony and struggle for survival. Likewise conservation prevails over decay leading to an ever expanding universe.
Computer intelligence or artificial intelligence is not the same as natural intelligence. |
| INSTINCT TO EVOLVE- EVOLUTION |

Time taken to evolve and phenomenon such as punctuated evolution suggest involvement of natural computing or natural intelligence to drive the process of evolution.
In evolution, whatever is created under the influence of intangible transcendental evolutionary instinct is tangibly and materially embodied in DNA structure in the form of genes as carriers of heritable genetic information.
Therefore evolution is the result of intelligent creation but not by any God external to nature.
Accordingly relationship between ontogeny and phylogeny is redefined as “Ontogeny is a compressed, revised, reviewed version of phylogeny”. Its repetitiveness and reproducibility to the extent actually seen is a product of rationality rather than history.
It is anticipated that an organism may be carrying its evolutionary history in its genome which is yet to be deciphered scientifically.
Each and every organism is perfect of its type.
Broad principles of biological evolution are also applicable to evolution of physical universe.
Balance of convenience suggests that various celestial bodies including sun & earth have independent origins as indicated by diversity in their chemical element composition and isotope composition of particular chemical elements.
In summary, evolution of physical universe as well as biosphere is due to instinct to evolve which is of transcendental origin and character. |
| INSTINCT TO DIVERSIFY - DIVERSITY |

Hence, variations with in the domain of population biology are cyclic and not progressive and do not go beyond certain range such as a dog will not lose dogness and a goose will not lose gooseness.
Therefore much of the natural diversity can only be explained only if we are willing to assume presence in nature of a transcendental instinct to diversify.

| REST |

By this criterion all fields and not only gravitational fields, associated with all kind of particles are at absolute rest since none of them has any independent and natural motion of their own other than the motion of respective particle. An important corollary of above said is that there can’t be gravitational waves and gravitons travelling at the velocity of electromagnetic radiation or any other velocity.

The theory does not provide any rational basis for constancy of velocity of light.
To sum up, there is neither sufficient rational basis nor sufficient experimental evidence to say that velocity of light is constant.
Einstein has elevated his two hypotheses to the level of most general explanation of nature without sufficient reasons and evidence.
How and why atomic, molecular or mechanical oscillations of time measuring devices be influenced by Einstein’s fundamental hypothesis, particularly when isolation of different hierarchical levels of nature is a well established fact.
But from the foregoing, it can be safely concluded that mathematical logical derivation of Theory of Relativity is naturally invalid.
So, theory of Relativity is self contradictory.
This would also require infinite energy to get accelerated to velocity of light.This is clearly absurd.
Therefore Einstein’s theory of Relativity is farfetched, is not grounded in reality and deals with physical phenomenon under totally imaginary conditions.
A scientist must refrain from imposing his own fantasies on nature.
Therefore, errors in measurement due to any reason can’t make those measurements real.
This being impossible, Einstein’s theory of relativity actually rules out energy mass inter-conversion. But this is again contrary to experience with nuclear reactions.
All the accumulated evidence favour the equation E = mc2 and not E = Δmc2 Even Einstein has admitted the former expression without explaining how Δm changed into m wherein principally both are different entities. The equation E = mc2can be easily deduced using Planck’s law & de Broglie’s equation.
Einstein’s attempt to generalize Newtonian mechanics to include optical phenomenon is wholly inconsistent with Doppler’s effect.
Non Newtonian fluid motion such as Thixotropy, Rheopaxy, Brownian motion etc. vouch against accepting Newtonian Mechanics or Einstein’s physics as generalized explanations of nature. |
| CRITICAL REVIEW OF EINSTEIN'S GENERAL THEORY OF RELATIVITY |

Einstein has erroneously used the concept of equivalence. Equivalence does not mean equals. In nature everything converges to some point and everything diverges from some point. All things are related to each other by equivalence principle at the point of convergence or divergence. It can never be construed to mean that they are the same.
Recoil, linear motion and centrifugal acceleration are due to conservation of momentum and to say that they are due to effect of any fixed star is pure fantasy.
Moreover, for Astrophysics to survive as a science, it must have harmonious relationship with quantum physics.
Effect of Mach’s Postulate on emitted radiation would be diametrically opposite, qualitatively to effect of Doppler’s effect.
Summarizing, all above, it can be reasonably and justifiably said that even though Einstein’s theory of relativity has led to some correct predictions even if for wrong reasons, it is ab initio incorrect and is not at all a general explanation of nature. |

In this universe sum total of mass energy and space is equal to sum total of antimatter, antienergy and antispace so that sum total of all is again zero.
But inside black holes, antiparticles undergo change of state, attract each other and give rise to what is generally known as dense matter of which black holes are said to be comprised of.
Evaporation is another such change wherein a liquid molecule gains energy from surrounding low energy molecules and evaporates contrary to second law of thermodynamics.
In universe, conservation prevails over dissipation and so structured universe comes into being. But since particles and antiparticles are being continuously produced, therefore universe keeps expanding in accordance with Hubble’s observations.
Properties of matter clearly show beyond any doubt that gravitational collapse of universe is impossible.
Given the nature of universe, it is not at all essential that sun is burning out itself. It may just be a celestial body in dynamic equilibrium and its destruction at present being totally unpredictable.
It reflects strong structural trends determined by underlying principles, naturally prevalent.
Physical constants determining identity and integrity of particles may vary from one particle type to another.
In biological domain there is sufficient reason to say that specific biomolecules get created to meet specific needs.
That it may be said that nature’s creativity and ingenuity admits no limits.
Therefore, even though every particle is constrained by natural laws as well as historically, yet it enjoys a limited freedom through which it may express unlimited potentialities.
Laws of physics are not the sole determinant of natural events and things.

Nature, throughout its hierarchy has two literally miraculous functions namely intangible to tangible transformation and natural computing. These functions bridge the gap between transcendental influences and material entities.
In nature reality prevails over law. To meet reality new laws and mechanisms come into being.
One must be prudent and pragmatic in interpreting nature and accept reality as it empirically reveals itself.
Therefore constancy of natural laws across nature's hierarchy should not be assumed until and unless proved directly or indirectly.
Another question that arises is whether natural laws vary chronologically. The answer to this question seems to be 'no' because once any entity comes into being, issues of identity and integrity demand that laws embracing it should be invariant until such time that it undergoes a transformation. Therefore natural laws should be invariant with respect to time. |
| INTELLIGENCE |

Living matter respond in a purposeful manner with reference to certain goals and objectives.
Purposiveness and directiveness of response is characteristic of living matter.
Educational programme, ideally speaking should be so designed that learning curve is a smooth one.
Evolution according to one point of view may be described as phenomenon concerned with enhancement of intelligence to enable daughter species to deal with more complex situations with greater efficiency.
Since no such computer is so far available, therefore no intelligent computer is available so far. |

In the context of this definition origin of life means origin of a functional molecular system satisfying the given definition of life.
In the context of this definition, evolution of life would mean enhancement in ability to perceive and respond intelligently which means improvement in variety, selection and efficiency of response. Evolution allows action at a distance or Sherrington's Projiscience1. So evolution can't be the simple story emanating from struggle for survival due to limited supply of food, clothing and shelter.

Harmony is the rule that determines and guides relationship among parts and the whole.
Therefore, in our pursuit of understanding or comprehension of any given whole, both analytical and synthetic operations are essential.
In any given whole, all its dialectical conflicts are settled issues, and therefore dialectical materialism can’t be the cause for its evolution.
In all these manifestations, synthesis of holistic and mechanistic thinking can be seen, rather mechanism and materialism flows from holism.
Biological evolution has been rightly defined by R. W. Sellers as active rise of new wholes with new properties4.
Genome advances primarily by evolution of control and regulation of gene expression and evolution of epigenetics which creates conditions necessary for origin, development and expression of new functions incidental to active rise of new wholes with new properties.
The rational consequence of holistic organization of organisms is emergent evolution which to the comparative anatomist Cuvier appears to be absurd2 but such is the compulsion of facts and logic that if evolution has to take place, then necessarily it has to be by emergent mode only.
In emergent evolution, emergent genes prevail over selection pressure.
Therefore order is an issue in each and every transaction and aspect of biology.
Living systems are able to cope with systemic burden due to inherent flexibility which can be conferred upon living systems by none other than natural intelligence or natural computing.
Epigenetic studies reveal that order of development is determined all afresh in each and every zygote6.
Order in living system tends towards mechanization or materialization or structuration to the greatest extent feasible.
Cell nucleus or genome is the principle determinant of order in living systems. Differential gene expression which is the subject matter of epigenetics can’t be predicted from knowledge of genes and their Mendelian combinations alone. We should move beyond molecular anatomy of genome and understand genome in terms of its natural computing ability or natural intelligence.
Therefore various laws applicable to different aspects of a system have to be in logical harmony, howsoever attained, with in the scope and limits of boundary conditions & resilience of the system. Therefore dialectical materialism and dialectical conflicts with in the system have to be in a state of resolution by whatsoever mechanisms.
Evolution of appropriate control and regulation of gene expression must precede expression of structural genes giving rise to a evolutionary novelty.
Perfection of Type: Any living system or organism that comes into being is perfect of its type.
Hence the cause of its origin or evolution cannot lie in its adaption to environment.There is no satisfactory evidence of migration of equus ancestors through Bering Strait.
Both Darwinism and Lamarckism mandate historical continuity, but it is just not supported by evidence expect in a few cases such as Gryphea Mollucs, Trilobites, Ammonites etc where historical continuity is apparently seen.
Moreover, study of DNA repair mechanisms reveals that nature guards against randomness. Same is also true of immune surveillance mechanisms.
Biological phenomenon should so far as feasible be explained on physicochemical basis and on the basis of established biological structures and functions but wherever these explanations are insufficient, the same may be explained on the basis of ascending levels of natural intelligence, consciousness and universal instincts.
Chaperones, they may be regarded as computerized nanomachines or nanomachines carrying embodiment of algorithms involved in determination of higher orders of protein structure.
Therefore a phylogenetic change by Darwinian mechanism or Lamarckian mechanism is a sheer impossibility.

It is now reasonably well established that microbial life is plentiful up to a distance of 5 km below the surface of earth in the form of extremophile archaea.Until and unless we postulate some sudden miraculous turn of events, majority of the life forms must have originated in the conditions in which they are found.
In view of vast distribution of life on earth, there can not be a single mechanism that would sufficiently explain origin of life in all the environmental niches it is to known to exist.Therefore the vast amount of experimental evidence only lends credibility to our belief in abiogenesis.
The process of origin of life should have proceeded through accumulation of a series of small discrete steps giving semblance of gradualism and continuity.
Vast distribution of life on earth shows that constraints like U.V. Radiation, Toxic effects of atmospheric oxygen against origin of life are just scientific fictions.
Life originated at any place on earth (as per the currently available evidence) or elsewhere where there is a source of energy in the form of exothermic redox reactions or electromagnetic radiations (UV rays, radioactivity, photosynthesis etc.), a little moisture and relevant chemical elements.
Origin of life must have been origin of biochemistry relying upon molecular intelligence and based upon intelligent molecular interactions directed towards materializing an island of function or materializing a potentiality.
A recent study (Bokov and Steinberg 2009)8 based on analysis of interdependence of elements of the macromolecules shows a step-by-step evolution of the ribosome on the structural level.
Molecular drive involves sequence changes in such a manner that there is change in amino acids sequence without any corresponding change in function.

Therefore, instead of opting for a multiverse we have a universe with a large number of interacting entities having their special laws of structure, function and behaviour determined by realizable potentiality on one hand and all pervasive consciousness (molecular intelligence) on the other.
Deterministic character of chemistry of life is well exhibited by its properties such as specificity of intermolecular interactions, chemoselectivity, homochirality, stereospecificty of biological molecules.
Further, the author is tempted to say that in origin of life, matter and energy present themselves in a reincarnation which has so far escaped attention of scientific community i.e. molecular intelligence chasing selected potentialities leading to origin of life and subsequent biological novelties of form, function and behaviour.
So far scientific community has not considered natural intelligence or natural computing itself as molecular intelligence; and molecular drive within the domain of natural processes.
It is contemplated that selection of 4dNucleotides for DNA, 4rNucleotides for RNA and 20 L-Amino Acids for protein synthesis was due to the reason that omnipotent molecular intelligence (material embodiment of natural intelligence) can be comprehensively expressed by recombination of the selected nucleotides and amino acids which further enjoy the relationship of mutual correspondence as discussed above.
It is suggested that complex metabolic cycles and process chains have evolved in a self organizing manner, advancing from one step to another in compliance with laws of thermodynamics and thermodynamic behaviour of participating molecular entities with a view to attain higher efficiency and better utilisation of available resources.
It further suggests that life like activity could have started simply as intelligent molecular interaction amongst monomers.
Extraterestrial life and extraterrestrial organic matter bombarded on earth does not make problem of origin of life any simpler. It provides no relief, whatsoever, from the question of origin of life.
Leonard Adleman 1994 from South California suspected, after reading books on genetics by Watson, DNA to posses computational ability. He provided proof of concept. The positive aspect of his model is demonstration of ability of DNA computing to find most optimum / harmonious combination of data and selection of the same as solution. This may be described as law of harmonious recombination and law of selection of the most harmonious.
Therefore, biochemistry is primarily a 'natural intelligence' driven chemistry at least in its inception.

DNA can store information with or without changes in nucleotide sequence.
However, as shown by Transgenerational inheritance of epigenetic information63, structural transformation of information is not absolutely mandatory for selective inheritance of acquired traits.
It may be readily appreciated that dividing line between intelligence and matter is only arbitrary and in functioning of DNA, natural intelligence flowing into matter can be actually seen.
Therefore, a study of molecular computing function of different substances is an exciting area of research and may even be the forerunner of a new technological revolution that might characterize 21st century.
Panglobal similarities in biomolecular machinery of life despite vast differences in time and place dependent environmental conditions, strongly suggest that mechanisms leading to origins of life have the inherent capability to transcend environmental constraints.
Therefore, life with all its ingredients might have begun as a small circular DNA molecule which may be just 250 nucleotide or even less in length.
All the experimental evidence gathered so far to bridge the gap between inanimate matter and animate matter belong to the realm of stochastic chemistry and the reaction products are devoid of life like intelligent molecular activity.
Considering ubiquity of life on earth, environmental conditions could not have been a major deterrent. Rather they influenced type of life and life like activity to which every other type of life and life like activity has a relationship of adaptation and adaptability or harmony.
In the simplest scenario life like activity could have begun as an intelligent ensemble of monomers capable of using energy to intelligently keep their identity, integrity and harmony through natural computing.
It is conjectured that life could have originated only as an ecosystem, howsoever primitive.
Therefore, typological perception of nature is the rule but it does not bar transformation from one type to another.
History is important but is neither deterministic nor binding. |

Since, there is no evidence of gradual evolutionary transformation, especially of the kind demanded by Darwinism as well as Lamarckism, therefore, there is no possibility of any linear and stochastic variations to account for evolution.
Evolution is involution rather than revolution i.e. a change from within rather than from without.
This instinct to evolve and diversify is materially reflected in molecular drive phenomenon described by Dover in 19828.
Given the facts of Biodiversity, time and place are the major influences and environment and ecology are relatively minor determinants.

Natural intelligence or natural computing is the horizon where science and spirit or matter and consciousness meet to give rise to this self organizing, self sustaining universe with all its entities having their special laws of behaviour, function and structure.
These correspondences between neutral variations and progressive variations, between evolutionary tree derived from molecular studies and evolutionary tree derived from morphological studies rules out evolution as a gradual phenomenon driven by selection and accumulation of random variations or due to effects of changing environment.

This further showed that ontogeny is in essence a rational process rather than a historically determined process.

Hence, speciation is predominantly sympatric, saltatory and emergent.
Simultaneous or near simultaneous realization of all the realizable potentialities at the stage of origin of life would amount to Parapatric speciation and would establish an ecosystem right in the beginning.
Examples such as biodiversity in Podostemaceae and twelve species of thrush robin (Catharus) show that speciation does not always mean evolutionary progress.
There is not a single well documented case of environmental change leading to speciation. If such be the case, it is the entire ecosystem which must change, with extinction of, if not all, majority of extant species and appearance of daughter species.
Even the most touted horse series is not an unambiguous sequential arrangement since migration of horse ancestors 5 million years back from South American continent to African continent is beyond conjecture and contemplation5.
Horizontal growth in biodiversity and evolutionary progress is widely rampant phenomenon.
Therefore, evolution can proceed trans-taxonically leading to emergence of new phylogenetic lines or superior taxons until all the realizable potentialities are exhausted.
Transphylogenetic Evolution: That is evolution proceeding in such a way that ancestor belonging to one particular phylogenetic line produces descendant species in another phylogenetic line.
Given the distribution of human fossils it is highly probable that man has a polyphyletic origin.
Each taxon has its own unique defining characters which define boundary conditions of the taxon.
To separate signal from noise, a classification must be based to the greatest possible extent on unique defining characters which define various taxa.
Evolution in general is taken to be progressive increase in complexity with time but it is only a trend or pattern and is not binding as a matter of law. Evolution is time dependent but not time symmetric. It has nonlinear relationship with time.
For example, Archaeopteryx is a taxon in itself at the level of class having both reptilian and avian traits in unique association, but it can’t be regarded as the historical bridge connecting reptiles with birds.
One must attempt systematics with the greatest possible determinism and may gradually drift towards less deterministic areas if the circumstances so warrant.
Therefore, the triad of molecular drive, molecular divergence and progressive deterministic variations of evolutionary significance constitute a rational basis for systematics. |

Reduced to fundamentals, legal procedure is concerned with knowing the reality pertaining to the lis and deciding the lis in accordance with law and facts (Reality).
Judiciary must appreciate that their duty and authority to interpret laws is limited by law of harmony.
But a precedent never becomes a law by itself to be followed rigorously in the name of uniformity and consistency.
But in the context of present day understanding of nature, universe and human society, justice means maintaining the state of dynamic equilibrium of state and society and conflict resolution in accordance with law as primary objective.
Lastly, legal procedure cannot be equated with legal right and so far as practicable, should not be basis of denial of a right. |
