That is why there is vast variation in the level of consciousness in nature ranging from inanimate objects to human intelligence suggesting that mechanisms accounting for consciousness or meeting its ends have evolved and are not uniformly distributed.
Consciousness operates in harmony with or to satisfaction of natural laws and natural instincts or might even be the only means to harmony.
Salvation is a state wherein one is able to keep one’s dynamic equilibrium in the course of dynamic interaction with world at large and so the entire world becomes a play field and living a game with all its emotional colours, but without any compromise with one’s innate nature or basal state.
God expresses itself through its material creations
Lastly, it may be appreciated that God only creates and sustains but is not responsible for perishable nature of things in nature.

Hence, hidden conditions to existence are inevitable.
At this juncture, from a practical stand point, TRUTH can be differentiated into personal truth and scientific or universal truth.
Personal truth : generally it is said that realization (perception) of God is a matter of experience and therefore, everybody can have a personal God. Therefore, it is no wonder that only among Hindus as many as 330 million gods and goddesses have been recognized for an entity that is supposed to be only one and there is no way, even suggested, to differentiate true God from false God.
Presently, even in scientific domain, it is generally well accepted that a theory is recognized for its being useful and not for its being essentially true. Summing up, personal truth which is true from view point of the perceiver may not be truth at all.
Subconscious Perception of Truth : Subconscious tends to work holistically taking into account all the innate intelligence and acquired, informal as well as formal learning.
Significance of subconscious perception of truth can be appreciated by the fact that all other species other than human beings are capable of subconscious perception of truth only, since they have no conscious understanding of natural laws, logic and mathematics. All other species other than man have no concept of self awareness. Hence, all their needs are met subconsciously and successfully.
Truth can not generally be known beyond comprehensive, consistent, coherent view of any subject matter.
Let nature be the only teacher and guide.
The problem with judicial mind is that their subjective perception guides their judgment. It appears that they rarely critically analyze their own judgments.
Rationality of Truth : Truth has a material expression.
Any theory or truth can be falsified on any of the above grounds without knowing anything about the other grounds and related reasoning, on the basis of plausibility principle. It can be reasonably said that anything true from one possible point of view and not so from another possible point of view is not true.
Even God has a material expression in the form of universe and its contents.
To sum up, the most important factor responsible for errors of observation and judgment is dogma of any origin which precludes any possibility of elimination of errors.
For example, Multiverse Theory of Universe is explained as a universe consisting of multiple entities having their special laws of behaviour, form and functions giving the semblance of multiverse.
In many situations embracing indirect truths, truth may not normally be knowable. In such situations, comprehensive consistent, coherent natural explanation may be deemed as truth until and unless proved otherwise.

It logically follows that this natural order has to be such that on one hand it integrates everything and on the other hand permits and may even partly account for as shall be seen later, endless diversity or variety seen in nature.
After much contemplation, it is found that zero or shunya; can be the only common denominator of the tangible or real universe. Shunya is the beginning and shunya is the end that in its later incarnation is known as infinity wherein Shunya and infinity are two facets of the same coin.

|Integral to this process is the origin of back ground radiation or cosmic rays and cosmic dust, Cosmic dust tends to collect at selected loci for unknown reasons leading to bigger formations ranging from meteorites to stars etc and contributing to their further growth.

|So it is amazing that so many laws of physics and material details are incidental to the state of dynamic equilibrium or state of shunya.
Therefore, rationally speaking, the only option is origin and evolution of universe from shunya because then only we can have universe as we see today which is subject to natural laws.
Evolutionary tree reflecting progressive increase in organismic complexity can be rationally appreciated only if we are willing to presume that biological evolution has proceeded under an instinct directed from Shunya to infinity resulting in progressive creation of organisms with increasing complexity and capability.
Pair a thesis with appropriate antithesis and keep dynamically balancing the two; there are great chances of having good governance.

For example, while Voluntary Consciousness provides the focus, Involuntary Consciousness provides the context to accomplish a particular task. Instinct to exist is an absolute truth that pervades the entire universe or nature, is essentially of transcendental origin with material embodiment as explained above and hence material expression.
Given the natural diversity and consequent probability of chaos, nature has strongly relied upon law of harmony to establish natural order.
Efforts to find a single unifying principle of nature have not been successful so far and are unlikely to be so in future. Einstein's unified field theory is a figment of his imagination, satisfies his sentiments but is far away from truth and hence has never been proved despite extensive efforts during the past century.
Universe has a unitary system of organization, particles with transient existence do not indicate anything more than process of transformation.
In nature, material systems are hierarchically organized in several levels bearing harmonious relation to each other and to goals and objectives of the organization.
Even between subatomic particles and atoms, ground state energy associated with electrons is different and distinct from ground state energy associated with atoms and there is no energy flow between the two levels, ordinarily.
In nature quest for harmony prevails over disharmony and struggle for survival. Likewise conservation prevails over decay leading to an ever expanding universe.
Computer intelligence or artificial intelligence is not the same as natural intelligence.

Time taken to evolve and phenomenon such as punctuated evolution suggest involvement of natural computing or natural intelligence to drive the process of evolution.
In evolution, whatever is created under the influence of intangible transcendental evolutionary instinct is tangibly and materially embodied in DNA structure in the form of genes as carriers of heritable genetic information.
Therefore evolution is the result of intelligent creation but not by any God external to nature.
Accordingly relationship between ontogeny and phylogeny is redefined as “Ontogeny is a compressed, revised, reviewed version of phylogeny”. Its repetitiveness and reproducibility to the extent actually seen is a product of rationality rather than history.
It is anticipated that an organism may be carrying its evolutionary history in its genome which is yet to be deciphered scientifically.
Each and every organism is perfect of its type.
Broad principles of biological evolution are also applicable to evolution of physical universe.
Balance of convenience suggests that various celestial bodies including sun & earth have independent origins as indicated by diversity in their chemical element composition and isotope composition of particular chemical elements.
In summary, evolution of physical universe as well as biosphere is due to instinct to evolve which is of transcendental origin and character.
|INSTINCT TO DIVERSIFY - DIVERSITY

Much of the nature ’s diversity can only be explained by assuming existence of a realizable potentiality or functional island, its selection & realization. The law being, if there exist a realizable potentiality, nature shall realize it.
Hence, diversity of spontaneous origin is bound to get eliminated over a period of time or shall be cyclic but can neither be cumulative nor progressive. Hence, variations with in the domain of population biology are cyclic and not progressive and do not go beyond certain range such as a dog will not lose dogness and a goose will not lose gooseness.
Therefore much of the natural diversity can only be explained only if we are willing to assume presence in nature of a transcendental instinct to diversify.
Lastly, if anything has the potential to exist, then it will.

Energy tends to flow along its gradient. In nature energy is being continuously produced and destroyed. Therefore experimental lab of the kind described herein contradicts first hypothesis of theory of relativity.
The theory does not provide any rational basis for constancy of velocity of light.
To sum up, there is neither sufficient rational basis nor sufficient experimental evidence to say that velocity of light is constant.
Einstein has elevated his two hypotheses to the level of most general explanation of nature without sufficient reasons and evidence.
How and why atomic, molecular or mechanical oscillations of time measuring devices be influenced by Einstein’s fundamental hypothesis, particularly when isolation of different hierarchical levels of nature is a well established fact.
But from the foregoing, it can be safely concluded that mathematical logical derivation of Theory of Relativity is naturally invalid.
So, theory of Relativity is self contradictory.
This would also require infinite energy to get accelerated to velocity of light.This is clearly absurd.
Therefore Einstein’s theory of Relativity is farfetched, is not grounded in reality and deals with physical phenomenon under totally imaginary conditions.
A scientist must refrain from imposing his own fantasies on nature.
Therefore, errors in measurement due to any reason can’t make those measurements real.
This being impossible, Einstein’s theory of relativity actually rules out energy mass inter-conversion. But this is again contrary to experience with nuclear reactions.
All the accumulated evidence favour the equation E = mc2 and not E = Δmc2 Even Einstein has admitted the former expression without explaining how Δm changed into m wherein principally both are different entities. The equation E = mc2can be easily deduced using Planck’s law & de Broglie’s equation.
Einstein’s attempt to generalize Newtonian mechanics to include optical phenomenon is wholly inconsistent with Doppler’s effect.
Non Newtonian fluid motion such as Thixotropy, Rheopaxy, Brownian motion etc. vouch against accepting Newtonian Mechanics or Einstein’s physics as generalized explanations of nature.
|CRITICAL REVIEW OF EINSTEIN'S GENERAL THEORY OF RELATIVITY

Einstein has erroneously used the concept of equivalence. Equivalence does not mean equals. In nature everything converges to some point and everything diverges from some point. All things are related to each other by equivalence principle at the point of convergence or divergence. It can never be construed to mean that they are the same.
Recoil, linear motion and centrifugal acceleration are due to conservation of momentum and to say that they are due to effect of any fixed star is pure fantasy.
Moreover, for Astrophysics to survive as a science, it must have harmonious relationship with quantum physics.
Effect of Mach’s Postulate on emitted radiation would be diametrically opposite, qualitatively to effect of Doppler’s effect.
Summarizing, all above, it can be reasonably and justifiably said that even though Einstein’s theory of relativity has led to some correct predictions even if for wrong reasons, it is ab initio incorrect and is not at all a general explanation of nature.

In this universe sum total of mass energy and space is equal to sum total of antimatter, antienergy and antispace so that sum total of all is again zero.
But inside black holes, antiparticles undergo change of state, attract each other and give rise to what is generally known as dense matter of which black holes are said to be comprised of.
Evaporation is another such change wherein a liquid molecule gains energy from surrounding low energy molecules and evaporates contrary to second law of thermodynamics.
In universe, conservation prevails over dissipation and so structured universe comes into being. But since particles and antiparticles are being continuously produced, therefore universe keeps expanding in accordance with Hubble’s observations.
Properties of matter clearly show beyond any doubt that gravitational collapse of universe is impossible.
Given the nature of universe, it is not at all essential that sun is burning out itself. It may just be a celestial body in dynamic equilibrium and its destruction at present being totally unpredictable.
It reflects strong structural trends determined by underlying principles, naturally prevalent.
Physical constants determining identity and integrity of particles may vary from one particle type to another.
In biological domain there is sufficient reason to say that specific biomolecules get created to meet specific needs.
That it may be said that nature’s creativity and ingenuity admits no limits.
Therefore, even though every particle is constrained by natural laws as well as historically, yet it enjoys a limited freedom through which it may express unlimited potentialities.
Laws of physics are not the sole determinant of natural events and things.
Universe cannot be the creation of an external God.

In nature reality prevails over law. To meet reality new laws and mechanisms come into being.
One must be prudent and pragmatic in interpreting nature and accept reality as it empirically reveals itself.
Therefore constancy of natural laws across nature's hierarchy should not be assumed until and unless proved directly or indirectly.
Another question that arises is whether natural laws vary chronologically. The answer to this question seems to be 'no' because once any entity comes into being, issues of identity and integrity demand that laws embracing it should be invariant until such time that it undergoes a transformation. Therefore natural laws should be invariant with respect to time.

Evolution allows action at a distance or Sherrington's Projiscience1. So evolution can't be the simple story emanating from struggle for survival due to limited supply of food, clothing and shelter.
Life is a Goal Directed Purposive Activity
Harmony is the rule that determines and guides relationship among parts and the whole.
Therefore, in our pursuit of understanding or comprehension of any given whole, both analytical and synthetic operations are essential.
In any given whole, all its dialectical conflicts are settled issues, and therefore dialectical materialism can’t be the cause for its evolution.
In all these manifestations, synthesis of holistic and mechanistic thinking can be seen, rather mechanism and materialism flows from holism.
Biological evolution has been rightly defined by R. W. Sellers as active rise of new wholes with new properties4.
Genome advances primarily by evolution of control and regulation of gene expression and evolution of epigenetics which creates conditions necessary for origin, development and expression of new functions incidental to active rise of new wholes with new properties.
